Commitment to environmental management

Our environmental policy is developed through an environmental management system aligned with the principles of the ISO 14001 standard. This system articulates a series of actions aimed at the continuous improvement of environmental performance.

Our environmental strategy is structured around an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, which includes the following actions

Certification ISO 14001

We have an accredited system that provides a robust framework for identifying risks, setting objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This system is deeply embedded in the culture of Faca Green and is reviewed regularly to maintain its effectiveness.

Environmental assessment

We analyse our processes to identify key impacts such as energy consumption, waste production, emissions, discharges, and noise pollution, enabling us to prioritise actions and reduce environmental risks.

Waste and recycling

We promote the circular economy from the source: separation at the plant, complete traceability and work with authorized managers. More than “XX”% of waste is recovered.

Energy and emissions

We join the SOLAR COMMUNITY of Cornellà, promoting clean self-consumption and reducing CO₂. We also use LEDs and optimize equipment for maximum efficiency.

Water and waste

We control the use of water at critical points such as injection and cooling. We monitor discharges and apply rigorous protocols for chemical substances.

Legal compliance

We update our legal framework with the support of external experts. We audit processes and guarantee compliance with current environmental regulations.

Environmental training

The entire team participates in training and workshops on sustainability. We promote an active culture, in which each person is part of environmental change.

Energy Efficiency

We have incorporated LED lighting in all plants and regularly adjust our equipment to improve its performance. We apply continuous measures to reduce our carbon footprint.
